Refund Policy

A deposit is required to reserve a date and can be refunded if the event is cancelled two weeks or more from the event date to allow sufficient time for the slot to be filled and the business to avoid losing money. If event is cancelled within two weeks for reasons such as severe illness or catastrophic event, the deposit may be used for a different date if available. If cancelled within two weeks for weather or other reasons, deposit will be retained as payment for the date scheduled. 

No refunds will be issued after painting or hair is performed/purchased. Payment must be submitted before the service commenses.
